Oh, Sherry!

1 oz. The Botanist gin
1 oz. Carpano Bianco vermouth
½ oz. Bitter apertivo
½ oz. Shishito pepper-infused sherry

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, stir, strain over ice into glass. Garnish and serve.
